Small volume press, natural settling,
Alcoholic fermentation at room temperature,
Blocking of malolactic fermentations,
Aging on lees for 6 months then on slats for 6 years
Disgorging 6 months before marketing
Disgorgement liqueur dosage at 2g/l
Tasting:
A precise entry followed by a palate with the expression of a tonic and generous wine accompanied by a fine balanced bubble
Champagne of all times, it is during meals that it will reveal itself.
