In accordance with article L 3342-1 of the Public Health Code which stipulates that the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of eighteen (18) years is prohibited, the buyer agrees, by completing the order form, to be eighteen (18) years old on the date of the order, or the legal age to consume alcohol in the his country or in that of receipt of the order.

Terms of Sales
Preamble
Any order of a product on our site supposes the adhesion of the purchaser to the following general conditions of sale.
The buyer cannot validate an order on the site without declaring that he has read these general conditions of sale when establishing the order form. The "click" on the box declaring knowledge of the general conditions of sale has the value of an electronic signature and is equivalent in the contract between buyer and seller to a handwritten signature. Forming the contract

Availablity
The offers presented by the website are only valid within the limits of available stocks. The order will be shipped within a maximum of 30 days from the day of the order.
Price
The prices are indicated in Euros and are only valid on the date the order form is sent by the buyer. The prices indicated are exclusive of delivery costs, which are indicated before the validation of the order. If a product was unavailable at the time of the order because of our suppliers, the customer would be notified as soon as possible with the possibility of canceling his order and obtaining a refund of the amount paid corresponding to the unavailable product or a replacement by a equivalent product.
Payment method

Delivery

Warranties
In accordance with article 4 of decree n°78-464 of March 24, 1978, the buyer benefits from a legal guarantee against hidden defects of the product sold. The buyer has a period of 30 days from the day of delivery of the order to return a defective product for exchange at his own expense. In order for this request to be processed as soon as possible, any return must be notified in advance to customer service by sending an email to the merchant whose address is on the "contact" page of the said site. Right to retract
