Tasting:

Visual: the dress is yellow with gold highlights.

The first nose opens with eucalyptus and pine resin in a vegetal and

floral. The beautiful balsamic complexity of the nose with its touches of lavender and thyme, reveals the contribution of the American oak barrel.

On the palate, an orange character makes its way to the finish with a beautiful woody expression.
